Refund Policy – Apollo Guest House
- 0 – 72 hours: No refund provided. Reservations canceled within the first 72 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
- 72 hours – 7 days: 50% refund on the booking amount. Cancellations within this period will receive a partial refund.
- 7 – 15 days: 75% refund on the booking amount. Cancellations within this timeframe are eligible for a greater refund.
- Above 15 days: 100% refund. Cancellations made over 15 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Free Cancellation: Reservations canceled over 15 days before check-in qualify for a free cancellation.
Note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
